Our small Group membership includes 12 small group personal training classes a month. These classes are written and instructed by a certified personal trainer. Classes are kept small to ensure the highest level of instruction and to produce greatest results while providing a high energy and motivating experience.

Personal Training

Our 1-on-1 sessions are designed to guide clients interested in weight loss, muscle toning and increasing their fitness levels. Our certified personal trainers work with clients to create individualized plans for achieving their fitness goals while providing individual attention to maximize safety and efficiency.

Nutrition

Custom meal plan complete with grocery list, portions and food groups designed to burn body fat, tone muscle, gain energy, improve health while boosting metabolism to transition the body into the fat burning zone. Includes weekly check in with nutritionist to adjust and make tweaks to the plan and maximize results.
